The Schneeberger family’s “Junker”

O f course we have it this year as well: the fabulous “Junker” made by the Schneeberger family, which is a great foretaste of the latest vintage.

Our Junker has a fruity, lively smell, its taste can be described as extremely harmonious, thanks to its balanced character. Its acidity has already become well-integrated. The “Junker” will fascinate you with its juvenile fruit levl, a hint of drupe and spice. Its fruity aftertaste will remind you of juicy apples and makes you really want to have another glass.

The Junker is the perfect choice with Styrian breaded fried chicken, fresh lamb’s lettuce and Styrian fish, but also goes very well with an Austrian classic: roast goose we have for St Martin’s Day.

You can try out the Schneeberger family’s Junker at the great presentation of Styrian Junkers which takes place on Wednesday, Nov. 8th in the Graz City Hall – and of course when visiting the Schneeberger family’s winery.
